LRE is a highly respected  development company that has gained an extensive experience in all aspects of the property development process since its inception in late 1991.

LRE’s focus has been highly geared debt funded schemes initially principally of retail stock, where prelets of part,or all were achievable, often linked to a conditional contract subject to planning. The scope of projects has since expeanded to include residential and industrial projects.These projects were manily  in the South East of England and the Midlands.  LRE has carried out a development Management function for Axa UK Investment Mangement Ltd,taking on its existing property and running the entire development process on 5 projects .

LRE has completed 18 schemes and all projects have been profitable with  none achieving less than 100% return on capital employed and some significantly more.

LRE has formed a number of joint ventures with Sir Robert McAlpine and Shepherd Building Group and Axa UK Investment Managers Ltd

LRE has retained a number of its commercial projects as investments and is the main shareholder in the investment company Parcland Ltd .
